Saxwerk has received an order for delivery and installation of a complete handling system for external sludge to be incinerated in the existing energy plant.
The system consists of 1 receiving bin with Saxwerk’s original push floor and discharge screw. 1 storage silo with Saxwerk’s original sliding frame with a pre-press screw that pushes sludge into an existing sludge pump. Furthermore, Saxwerk delivers a sludge distributor consisting of a distribution station with 5 sludge valves which distribute the sludge to different places in the combustion.
The delivery is to Njudung Energi Vetlanda AB.
Delivery, assembly and commissioning will take place at the beginning of 2021.
The material to be stored and discharged is dewatered sludge from treatment plants.
