The elevator is a perfect carrier to move/lift various bulk materials high in a small space. The elevator should have some type of dosage before inlet. For example should a chain elevator be used when ash is handled.


The elevator comes complete including operation of alternative situations with backstop and crab guard. The rubber belt is of a special type designed for elevators. Cover plate and number of posts in the band, is determined by the operating conditions. Elevator buckets are screwed with special bolts.

The lower part of the conveyor consists of a ground digger, which can be resilient or solid. The turntables, of the elevators belt, is manufactured in a cup design because of the belt control. It is also lined with rubber. The lower plate is of pin-type and thus self-cleaning.

The elevator casing is equipped with necessary inspection and cleaning hatches. Detached elevators are equipped with ladders and control platform at the elevator top.

Design possibilities

Saxwerk belt elevator is available in standard capacities of 15 to 400 m3/h. The elevator outer casing, which is self-supporting, is manufactured ​​of sheet metal with broken corners and braced with VKR profiles.

Saxwerk also have chain elevators type CE 5 CE 10th.
